From birthdays and anniversaries to corporate team building and holiday parties, and everything in between. No matter what type of event you're looking for, we have a format to fit your need!
"THE GATHERING"
Our most popular format!
Channel the inner foodie in all of your guests! Your guests will be greeted as they enter our store and gather in our 1,500 square foot gourmet kitchen.
Start with 30 minutes of reception, while your guests enjoy fine wine selected by our chef to compliment your menu selection. Then, rally the troops to their work stations to begin the fun. Each group will be guided through their dish by a CC&F Culinary Team Member and begin 1 1/2 hours of chopping, cutting, and building their recipe from start to finish and then moving to one of our four cooktops to cook their creation.
Lastly, an hour of dining on your delicious creations and reveling in your new found, or renewed, kitchen mastery!

Each event is custom designed by our team to suit your individual needs. Our Culinary team will work with you to create your custom menu. Attention is given to every detail from expert wine pairing to white linen dining. The Chef and their Sous Chef's will prepare your menu while you relax and enjoy the company of your guests. Join us for a special evening of food, wine and friends.
CHOPPED
Are you up to the challenge?
Inspired by the hit show, your group will be split into teams and challenged to create a main course using a set of "secret" ingredients. Don't worry — you won't be on your own! Each team gets a Culinary Team member by their side for guidance throughout the challenge, plus full access to our pantry to round out their recipe.
Once your team's dish is approved by our Chef, the clock starts. While you cook, our team handles the rest of the menu so you can stay focused on your masterpiece.
When time's up, our Chef judges every dish on taste, technicality, and presentation — and crowns a winner.
Bites & Bottles
Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, this package is built for mingling, relaxing, and connecting — now available in both our gourmet kitchen at CCF and at The Cork @ CCF.
Perfect for networking events, parties of any size, or simply an evening of good food and conversation, our Chef will prepare appetizers and desserts from our varied selections while your guests mix, mingle, and relax in the space best suited for your group size. Beverage options — including wines, domestic beer, and more — are included depending on your needs.
Make It Your Own
Customize your event with optional add-ons or swaps (pricing varies based on your selections):
- Charcuterie Board — add it alongside your apps, or swap it in for a beautifully curated alternative
- Hands-On Demo Table — give your guests an interactive experience making their own pasta or bouquet garni, guided by our Culinary Team
