Fall is here and it’s one of the best times to bake bread! Chef Ed has a serious love of bread (his favorite thing to eat!) and has spent many hours learning how to perfect the art of bread making. So, he’s going to share that passion with you, teaching you how to make 3 different types of “bread” using 3 different leavening agents: Pretzel Bread, Apple Tarts, and Irish Soda Bread.

If you are attending a class and your group exceeds our maximum number of guests (4 or 5 depending on class), please note that your group will not be placed at the same work station.
