We’re celebrating 10-years with Chef Stacy on 6/1 and she’s bringing back her very first menu from when she started teaching classes. When she started with us, she was a culinary assistant but quickly grew her skills and presented us with the concept of creating easy meals for the busy parents as that is exactly what she was at the time – a full-time working parent who loved to cook. Join us on this special day for this special meal.
On the Menu: Shitake Mushroom Stuffed Chicken, Spicy Ground Turkey with Peppers, Baked Pesto Plum Tomatoes, and Mixed Greens with a Ginger Vinaigrette
